FINANCE VICE PRESIDENT $109K
As the Vice-President of Finance, the jobholder is responsible for the following: corporate and operational accounting, financial reporting-will manage month-end close, internal financial reporting to a variety of entities including: company management, board of directors, equity owners and external banks, and conduct quarterly presentations to the board. Budgeting-develop, manage and coordinate the annual budget process, monitor actual results versus budget, track industry metrics and financial ratios, forecast future results, variance analysis. Analyze product and cost opportunities, operational processes, capital expenditure projects and other business initiatives. Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence-must be detail oriented and act as the key advisor to the CEO and COO. Is expected to develop an early warning system that identifies weaknesses in markets or operations and prepare and implement an action plan to remedy these performance issues. External Audit and Tax-will coordinate year-end audit with public accounting firm, administer their progress, manage cost and implement relevant recommendations. Manage Relationships-communicate financial results, projections and important company developments to owners, equity owners and bank contacts.

Desired Qualities
|
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience with a mix of large and small organization experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and multi-site environments.
- The position requires a bachelor degree in accounting
- CPA or MBA
